No Exchanges or Refunds

At REAL Dubai, all pieces are custom-made to order, designed specifically to your selected measurements, design preferences, and color choices. Due to this bespoke process, we do not offer exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. Each item is uniquely crafted and therefore cannot be returned, resold, or repurposed.

Before Placing Your Order

To ensure transparency and confidence in your selection, we ask that you carefully read the full product description provided for each item. These descriptions include important details about fit, fabric, color, design, and care instructions. Reviewing this information will give you a clear understanding of what to expect from your order.

If anything remains unclear after reading the product description, please reach out to us via Instagram (@byreal.dubai) before placing your order. We’re happy to assist.

Please note the following important terms:
• No changes can be made to the measurements or color once the order is confirmed.
• Alterations will not be accepted unless the issue is the result of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect sizing or production fault).
• Requests for any additional alterations not related to a production fault will incur a supplementary charge of AED 40, excluding delivery fees.
• If you need any alterations, whether it’s our mistake or a personal request. Kindly let us know within 2 days of receiving your order. We won’t be able to accept alteration requests after that.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with REAL Dubai, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies, including our no refund, no exchange, and no modification after confirmation terms. This agreement allows us to uphold the quality and exclusivity of our made-to-order creations while ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers.
